Guennadi A. Kouzaev is a Professor at the Department of Electronic Systems, where he is a member of the Circuit and Radio Systems Group. He has a PhD degree in Physics and Mathematics from the Kotelnikov’s Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics, USSR Academy of Science, Moscow. He also has a Doctor of Sciences degree in Electrical Engineering from the Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (Technical University).

Biography:

Ilhem Boutana, an Associate Professor at the Electrical Engineering department and member of the Laboratory of Electrical Engineering and Industrial Electronics, University of Jijel, Jijel, Algeria, has built a distinguished career in Electrical Engineering, combining expertise in teaching, research, and academic leadership. Holding a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, her research has advanced computational modeling and industrial applications of electromagnetic processes, with a focus on numerical modeling of electromagnetic fields and high-voltage techniques. Her work includes the development of models for magnetic forming, transformer oil behavior under high voltage, and innovative techniques like electromagnetic welding and hemming. She has authored several papers in prestigious journals and presented at international conferences on topics ranging from electromagnetic sheet metal forming to multi-physical modeling of electromechanical systems. As an educator, she has taught a wide range of courses at undergraduate and graduate levels, including high-voltage engineering, thermal transfer, and electromechanical systems. She has also developed e-learning resources, such as her comprehensive online course on thermal transfer, which has been widely used by students. Prof. Boutana has supervised several students in final-year engineering and master’s theses, focusing on topics like renewable energy, advanced manufacturing, and electromagnetic device modeling. Her leadership roles include serving as Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Jijel (2003–2019), contributing to curriculum development, and participating in several scientific councils. Beyond teaching and research, Prof. Boutana has collaborated on multidisciplinary research projects in areas such as non-destructive testing, renewable energy systems, and electromagnetic field modeling. She has been a key figure in organizing national and international conferences and serves as a jury member for academic theses. Her commitment underscores her reputation as a leading academic and researcher in her field.

Biography: 

Dr. Ali H. Wheeb is an Associate Professor at the College of Engineering, University of Baghdad, Iraq. He received a Ph.D. Degree (Ph.D. with GoT) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of UKM, Malaysia. His research interests include UAV Networks, UAV, Networking, IoT, MANET, FANET, Wireless Communication, Routing protocol, Machine learning (ML), Reinforcement Learning (RL), Q-learning, Deep Q-Network (DQN), Mobility Models, and Simulation Tools (NS-2, NS-3, ns-gym). Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali authored 20 research papers and books. Further, he has been a reviewer in 110 journals and conferences and reviewed more than 620 papers. Further, he was appointed as chair of the organization at the DECA 2022 international conference and chair of publication at the ICIDIT 2023 and ICBIS 2024 international conferences. Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali was selected as a program committee member (PCM) and technical committee member (TCM) at 40 international conferences. Further, Prof. Ali was appointed Editorial Board Member in several international journals. Moreover, Prof. Ali has received several Awards including the "Young Scientist Award" in the International Scientist Awards 2022 on Engineering, Science, and Medicine from INSO AWARDS, an Excellent Reviewer Award from WoS in 2023, and a GoT Award from UKM in 2024. In Addition, Prof. Ali is a member of several organizations such as the Iraqi Engineering Union, European Alliance for Innovation (EAI), Asian Council of Science Editors (ACSE), Franklin London Journals Press, Elsevier, IGI, Springer Nature, STM, and Nano-Science & Technology Consortium (NSTC). Moreover, Asst. prof. Dr. Ali participates in the conduct of Time Higher Education (THE) World University rankings (2024, 2025) and QS World University rankings (2025).

Biography:

Dariusz Jacek Jakóbczak was born in Koszalin, Poland, on December 30, 1965. He graduated in mathematics (numerical methods and programming) from the University of Gdansk, Poland in 1990. He received the Ph.D. degree in 2007 in computer science from the Polish – Japanese Institute of Information Technology, Warsaw, Poland.From 1991 to 1994 he was a civilian programmer in the High Military School in Koszalin. He was a teacher of mathematics and computer science in the Private Economic School in Koszalin from 1995 to 1999. Since March 1998 he has worked in the Department of Electronics and Computer Science, Koszalin University of Technology, Poland and since October 2007 he has been an Assistant Professor in the Chair of Computer Science and Management in this department.

Biography:

Dr. Ravichandran is currently working as Professor and Head in the Department of Chemistry at DRK Institute of Science and Technology, Hyderabad. He completed his Ph.D. in December 2006 from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai (Tamilnadu) and M.Sc. from Pondicherry  University, Pondicherry. He has qualified in GATE with a score of 95 percentile conducted by Ministry of Human Research and Development in the year 1998. He has 19 years of Teaching and Research experiences and published 180 International papers. He has published 16 patents and 12 Textbooks and 60 book chapters. He has guided and awarded two Ph.D. scholars.  He has received Bharat Shiksha Ratan award and Lifetime achievement award from Global society in 2012, 2013 from New Delhi.  He has also received the award of Academic Excellence by Arab Translators Association, Bahrain on 24th November 2021 in recognition of research publications achievement. Received the Life Time Achievement Award with medal from Blue Bird Welfare Association, Prayagraj in a National Conference on Recent Trends in Science, Technology and Management conducted by Madhu Vachaspati Institute of Engineering and Technology, Kaushambi (UP) on 13th February 2022. Received the Life Time Achievement Award with medal from Sansnow’s Nobel Professional Foundation, Kanyakumari, (Tamilnadu) approved by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India on 4th June 2022. He has received the Incredible Researcher of India Award with medal from Record Owner, Government of India, Ahmedabad on 30th August 2022. Very recently he has received the best Teacher Award for his outstanding contribution and recognition in the field of Chemistry on the occasion of 6^th International Conference on Cutting-Edge Solutions in Science-Agriculture, Technology, Engineering and Humanities organized by Kumaun University, Nainital, Uttarakhand during 24-26 August 2024. He has been serving as Editor-in Chief and Editorial board members in many reputed journals. Dr. Ketki C. Pathak is an Associate professor at Electronics and Communication Engineering Department at Sarvajanik College of Engineering and Technology, Surat, Gujarat, India since 2003. She has completed her PhD degree in the domain of biomedical image processing with VLSI Design for Telemedicine applications, from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat and M.Tech degree also from SVNIT, Surat, India. She is having more than 20 years of research and teaching experience in medical image processing with low power VLSI design. Her area of interests are signal processing, multimedia technology, low power VLSI design and medical imaging with deep leaning algorithms. During her professional service, she has guided more than 18 master level research projects in the area of medical image processing and video processing, VLSI design and AIML with Robotics. Applications. She has published many research papers in refereed national, International Journal and conferences. She has been also awarded SSIP start-up grant for two projects in the field of medical laboratory record system and “Swachhta Abhiyaan” waste management system. She has coordinated many national level workshops, Faculty development program and Technical expert sessions. She is also performing her duty as IEEE SCET college branch counsellor at Surat. Biography:

Dr. Shyam Krishan Joshi is an Indian academic and researcher specializing in Artificial Intelligence and related fields. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Woxsen University in Hyderabad, India. He earned his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and pursued postdoctoral research at the Scuola Superiore Meridionale in Naples, Italy. He has also been associated with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur as a researcher. His research interests span a wide range of topics in Artificial Intelligence, including deep learning, pattern recognition, neuroscience, synchronization, multi-agent systems, and robotics. He has published extensively and serves as an editorial contributor in several academic forums.

In 2025, he received a prestigious research grant under the TIH-IIT Mandi Cluster Project for his work on smart supercapacitor-driven bicycles aimed at enhancing human-computer interaction in mobility. He has represented India internationally through academic and research visits to Italy, Switzerland, Dubai, Japan, Thailand, and Singapore, further enriching his global perspective in scientific collaboration and innovation.
